5 bedroom villa 500 m² Badung, Indonesia

This 1575 Sqm beachfront villa is located in the heart of traditional Seseh, boasting spectacular sunset views.   Situated just back from one of Bali’s finest beaches, a direct path leads from the property down to Seseh beach (50m). The villa blends unobtrusively into the landscape and is located between a sacred temple and other luxury villas, guaranteeing privacy and security.   The 2-storey, 500 Sqm Freehold home, consists of 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, living area, kitchen, and open dining area within the main house and its additional guesthouse.   The main house has a 30 Sqm kitchen, a central patio with a dining table for 10 persons. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry and storage room. There is a media room, and guest room with a private bath. The wooden deck functions as a lounge and leads to the garden.   While the structure downstairs is all double-walled masonry, the upstairs section is entirely built-in carefully selected, quality Bangkirai and Merbau hardwoods. Upstairs there is a master bedroom, and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, plus a study. The upstairs area has a total of 50 Sqm of terraces boasting ocean views and contributing to natural airflow.   The separate guest house has a similar two-story structure with a 45 Sqm bedroom downstairs and an equally large living upstairs with dining, kitchenette, and ‘daybed’ in open tropical style. Surfers can check on the waves from here. Downstairs there is an open-air bathroom. The 5×10 metre pool is the central feature, nestled amongst a mature garden.   Seseh is a small traditional village of farmers and fishermen, built around a complex of exceptionally beautiful temples and surrounded by a green belt of rice paddies. Fall asleep with the sound of the surf and wake up with a serenade of birdsong.
