2 bedroom house 138 m² Pecatu, Indonesia

A two-bedroom villa in a new boutique four-villa release moments from a quiet surf beach on Bali's south coast, on the largest of the four plots. Spread across three levels, the ground floor opens onto a private infinity pool, ice bath, and a compact home sauna, with an open-plan kitchen and island, a guest toilet, and a bedroom with ensuite bathtub and walk-through closet. Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own balcony and rain-shower ensuite, alongside a dedicated home office and library nook and a dining terrace. A private rooftop terrace tops the villa. Finishes lean natural throughout: micro-cement and natural stone flooring, teak joinery and structural beams, lime-plaster walls, and brushed-copper fittings. Built on a 229.7 sqm plot — the largest in the release — with 138.3 sqm of built area, held on a 28-year leasehold. A Pondok Wisata tourism operating licence has been secured for the villa, and the building permit is in place. Construction follows a milestone-linked, interest-free payment plan. The nearby beach is a short walk away, with the peninsula's restaurants, surf breaks, and cliffside temples a short drive further on. Exact location, the full payment schedule, and permit documentation are shared with qualified buyers through Balibound Realty.
