Complex 8 is a new project from developer Alex Villas. The complex consists of 51 units.
In the building on the first floor there is a reception, on the second, third and fourth floors there are studios, and on the roof there is a swimming pool and a bar. The complex also has a second pool with a bar and a playground. Each villa is equipped with its own swimming pool and yard.
Complex 8 is the company’s first project outside Changu. The developer plans to expand the geography of construction and implement projects in other interesting locations of the island. On the territory of the complex it is planned to build two swimming pools, a rooftop bar with stunning views of sunrises and sunsets, parking, children's and sports areas.
