The hotel complex is located in the Peloponnese, in the city of Achaia.
The central building consists of three floors and a basement. It is located on the ground floor reception and restaurant on the second and third floors are located in the 34 rooms. In the basement there is a kitchen, laundry room, boiler rooms and storage. On the terrace is a roof garden.
