The villa is built on 3 levels, and in such a way that even in the heat it is always cool and there is no need to turn on air conditioners:

1 floor - study (can be used as a bedroom, there is a large 2-bedroom sofa),

After passing through the double gate, you will enter the territory of Villa El Paraiso Verde. Massive double wooden doors lead into a small hall. From it you easily get into a single bedroom, an office and a spacious living room.
In the living room you can enjoy a graceful open fireplace and a cozy terrace with sliding doors and a pool behind them. Large panoramic window-doors also offer views of the terrace with recreation areas and barbecue.
On the barbecue terrace, on the other side of the house, there is a large covered gazebo with an outdoor dining table, sun umbrellas and sun loungers.
From the kitchen you can get to the courtyard and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment.

After completing the inspection of the 1st floor and the territory of the villa, we return to the living room and climb the steps to the 2nd floor. Moreover, from the top floor there is access to a terrace with breathtaking mountain views, perfectly suitable for sunbathing.
Air conditioners are installed on floors 1 and 2.
