The construction site located in the Białołęka district in Warsaw, with an area of 1500 sqm in shape similar to a square (35 x 43.5 m). The plot has access to public road, asphalt road. A final permit was issued for the construction of a residential building free standing with technical infrastructure and land development dated 14.04.201025 on the site offered. The land was excluded from agricultural production, therefore it was necessary to settle debts to the Capital City of Warsaw in the amount of PLN 1400 for 10 consecutive years.
