The tourist complex and gas station are located in the village of Motichki Gai, on the main road to Zabljak, near the Durmitor National Park.
The tourist complex consists of a hotel and 7 villas (4 villas of type A1 and 3 villas of type A2). The total capacity is 90 seats. The hotel has a modern SPA center, as well as a restaurant (60 seats) with a kitchen.
Land area: 13.755 m2.
Construction Permit: The construction application has been accepted by the Protocol.
In 2020, by decree of the Government of Montenegro, the project was included in the List of development projects.
Payback period for investments: The business plan provides that the return on funds invested in the project can be expected after 10 years of operation of the tourist facility.
