The beautiful building was built in 1897 by architect Karl Johann Felsko. The Blauman Residence is considered one of the best works of the leading architect of the 19th century Karl Felsko, who lived and worked in an era of changes in art. The buildings he designed stand out with detailed elements of the facade – cornices, parapets and carvings in the traditional style.
There are three houses in the project: Architecture, Literature (yard buildings) and History (facade building).
In the process of renovation, bright elements were added to the facade to expand its stylistic range, giving the classical design a modern look. Its interior design corresponds to the historical context of the building: minimalism, laconic forms, neutral colors and natural textures. All engineering and technical networks are completely replaced in the house, optical Internet is connected. Heat meters are installed for each apartment. On the three stairwells of the house, 56 apartments are newly created, in which there will be interior decoration that meets modern standards and interior requirements - wooden and plastic double-glazed windows, bathrooms with French tiles and high-quality plumbing.
We offer apartments with different layouts, ranging from 34.10 m2 to 128 m2. For the convenience of tenants, an elevator will be available on all three stairwells of the building. The property will be divided into apartment properties with an accompanying ideal share of land. In the yard for the convenience of residents will be installed benches for rest, flower pots with plants and parking for bicycles.
In this proposal, information about the apartment, which is located in a courtyard house on the 2nd floor. Planning: 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 sanitary nodes.
The apartment is offered with full decoration!
