The shape of the building reflects the transition period from eclecticism to modernity. The house was erected as a corner building, one facade of which is facing Alberta Street, and the second - to Antonias Street. Elements of the interior decoration of the house are cornices and ceiling cash, as well as ceiling sockets. The building uses both elements of classicism and Rococo, as well as the motives of modernity. Stoves and fireplaces are an important element of the house. The historical aura of the building is preserved today. During the reconstruction of the building, the foundation was strengthened, new floors were made, the facade was restored, the roof was replaced, the floral ornament of the stairs and matte window glazing patterns were updated. The splendor of the main entrance door of the house and the entrance doors of the apartments has been completely restored. At the same time, 2 Otis elevators with glass doors and walls were installed; all engineering systems are completely updated, special attention is paid to the ventilation of the building. A round-the-clock physical security with a video surveillance system, as well as a intercom system, has been installed.
