The facade is finished with natural gray volcanic stone, which does not require further painting or maintenance. All wooden elements of the facade and terrace are made of tropical Ulin wood, also known as Ironwood due to its maximum density and resistance to termites and other insects. This wood does not require replacement even after more than 30 years.
The ceilings of the common areas are finished with wood, the walls are painted, and the floors are covered with light-colored natural stone tiles. The bedrooms have parquet flooring made of Lingua tropical wood, which emphasizes the premium quality of the house and is pleasant to walk on barefoot.
