— The complex is located in the Pandawa area, which is adjacent to the world-famous Nusa Dua. To understand the significance of the location, it is important to note that Nusa Dua is a five-star hotel area, where the G20 summit was recently held. This is the most prestigious area of the island. Pandawa is a new territory that the Indonesian government is purposefully developing as an elite tourism and premium real estate zone.
— Who is the target audience of the complex?
— Pandawa Dream will cater to people who seek a premium family vacation at the level of a 5-star hotel, but at a more reasonable price. For example, a penthouse with an ocean view will be available from about $250 per night, which is significantly lower than the cost of similar rooms in neighboring Nusa Dua.
— Many investors are concerned about legal restrictions when buying property in Indonesia. How is this issue addressed at Pandawa Dream?
— Indeed, in Indonesia, foreigners usually only have access to leasehold, that is, long-term rent for a limited period. However, in the case of our complex, the situation is fundamentally different. We built Pandawa Dream on land that is registered as a freehold to a legal entity. This allows us to offer investors a leasehold not for the standard 30 years, but for an extended period of 50 or even 80 years for a small surcharge. This creates a significant advantage when reselling the property. Imagine: after 10 years of ownership, your property will still have 40 years of leasehold left, which makes it much more attractive to the next buyer compared to properties that only have 20 years of lease left.

— Yes, the complex is located literally at the entrance to the famous Pandawa Beach, and you can walk to the ocean in a few minutes. This beach has become famous thanks to its stunning white limestone canyon, and every day, there are more and more people who want to capture themselves against its backdrop.
Here you can surf — Bali is famous for some of the best waves in the world — and calmly swim in the ocean, which is a rarity for most beaches on the island. In addition, this is a popular location for paragliders.

— We have a clear plan for a phased price increase, which is documented. By the time construction is completed in 2027, the cost of the properties will have almost doubled. For example, a 32-square-meter apartment that can be purchased for $110,000 today will cost $150,000 by January 2027.
