The overlap of the second floor, then the attic, beams 150x150, insulation between the beams, the ceiling of the second floor is embroidered with an imitation of a timber, the attic floor is a trimmed board of 25 mm.
The roof of the metal roof is 0.5 thickness of the material itself, galvanized, and covered with a polymer coating.
The well is 21 meters deep, the first aquifer. The productivity of the well is 3500 l / hour.
The pump is not throttled. Analysis in the bio-chem laboratory showed that all minerals are within normal limits, organic matter is absent.
Sewerage is local with double wells, separate for each building located on the site.
In the kitchen with a total area of 17.8 square meters, granite is laid on the floor, and the walls are sheathed with imitation timber and covered with paint of light colors. It turned out a very bright and spacious kitchen with a dining area, where it is always pleasant and comfortable to cook.
The house provides 2 boilers for heating water: 50 liters for the kitchen and 80 liters for shower rooms.
