The main inspiration for the design of the fifth stage of the new complex was the ancient oak tree located in the center of the site. The goal of the design studio was to fit the building into the tree's surroundings and prepare the project in such a way that it could be preserved.
The design of the complex focuses on a modern structure with clear geometric shapes, which contrasts with the natural irregular shape of the oak growing in the area. The combination of modernity and nature is to be reflected in the finishing details - the copper-colored balcony cladding should match the oak leaves that acquire this shade in autumn.
