The 8th Annual Realting Mastercup Regatta — Photo Report

From October 30 to November 3, 2024, the 8th annual Realting Mastercup Regatta took place in Barcelona, bringing together participants from 7 countries. The event included not only sailing races, but also a business program with the opportunity for networking and experience exchange among real estate market professionals.

As part of the regatta on October 31, the Investment and PropTech Conference was held, in which such companies as Infinitum, BARNES International Realty, Amber Legal Consultancy, Realting were involved. Participants of the event discussed the outlook for the Spanish and global real estate markets, and focused on affiliate sales and online promotion. Companies, in particular real estate developers, stated that this direction is promising and a priority for them, so they are ready to cooperate and share commissions with partners.

Alexander Martynenko, founder of Realting.com, shared the mission and functionality of the platform, its role in promoting international real estate sales. Alexander also presented the system of partner sales, specially created for convenient interaction between agencies and developers. He said that the platform allows agencies and developers to quickly establish partnerships and earn on partnership deals.

The main event of the regatta was obviously the sailing races themselves. The winning first place went to the One executive club team, made up of representatives of well-known companies:

• Infinitum: Julian Alvarez, Robert Rafal (team leader). 
• Amber Legal Consultancy: Maria Solans.
• Journalist: Roberto Vialreal.
• Andbank.

The Realting.com team also had a strong performance, finishing a respectable third place in the race. 

Traditionally, attention was paid to the charitable mission of the event. Part of the regatta participants' contributions was sent to the SJD Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona. The center expressed its gratitude for the support.
