From October 30 to November 3, 2024, the 8th annual Realting Mastercup Regatta took place in Barcelona, attracting more than 50 participants from seven countries. The event featured exciting sailing races and an extensive business program that allowed professionals to network and exchange their experience.

Famous brands and developers such as Lufthansa, Maserati, BMW, Andbank, Amber Legal Consultancy, Realting, Beneteau, Sotheby's, Infinitum, and many others became participants and sponsors of the event.

On October 31, the 2nd European Investment and PropTech Conference was held on the grounds of the regatta. The main stage was graced by Alexander Martynenko, the co-founder and chairman of Realting.com. Alexander shared the mission and functionality of the platform, highlighting its role in promoting international real estate sales.

He also presented the partner sales system, specifically designed for close and efficient interaction between agencies and international clients. The program connects all market participants, allowing them to enter into partnership agreements and benefit from the promotion of partner properties.

The main event of the regatta was the sailing race itself. The winning first place was taken by a team from Spain, comprising representatives from various companies:

  • Infinitum: Julian Alvarez, Robert Rafal (team leader). 
  • Amber Legal Consultancy: Maria Solans.
  • Journalist: Roberto Vialreal.
  • Andbank: David Pizaro.

The team Realting.com also showed great results, taking an honorable third place in the race.

Special attention was paid to the charity mission of the event. Part of the regatta participants' contributions were sent to the SJD Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona. The Center expressed its gratitude for the support.
