On June 5–6, 2026, the international real estate exhibition MIPIF Global will take place in Moscow. The event will focus on investments in residential, commercial, resort, and overseas real estate.

According to the organizers, more than 100 companies will participate in the exhibition, presenting over 800 projects. The event is expected to attract more than 3,500 visitors. The business program will include over 150 expert sessions across three conference halls.

The exhibition will focus on current investment strategies and real estate market analysis across different countries.

As part of the business program, MIPIF Global will cover:

  • market analytics and key real estate trends;
  • investment strategies — from entry to exit;
  • identification of high-potential and profitable locations;
  • legal and tax aspects of real estate transactions;
  • residence permit programs and international education opportunities;
  • panel discussions and expert sessions on various investment models, from Russian resort projects to international real estate.

The organizers have been hosting real estate exhibitions since 2017. The event is aimed at private investors, buyers, developers, and industry professionals.
