The land plot of 40,850 m2 located 10 km from the city of Cetinje on the way to the famous tourist attraction Lipa Cave in a picturesque valley overlooking The Skadar Lake.
On the site there is an ancient building (designated as “Vikendica”) with an area of 129 m2, and two auxiliary buildings with an area of 28 and 17 m2 and a functioning ancient well with high quality drinking water, an ancient pedestrian road.
The territory of the site is a nature park, rich in vegetation and ideal for the construction of an ecological village, a tourist recreation center or an ethnic mini-hotel.
The active development of eco-tourism in Montenegro in recent years indicates the investment attractiveness of this region and great prospects. The Kotor-Lovcen cable car project, launched this season, and in the future Cetinje, will significantly increase the tourist flow in this direction. Proximity to such attractions as Cetinje, Lovcen and Lake Skadar will ensure the demand for this project for both external and internal tourism.
