30% of final price four weeks after payment 2 (Walls erected, roof installed and pour concrete)
25% of final price four weeks after payment 3 (Lay ceramic tiles, install the doors and windows)
10% of final price 4 weeks after payment 4 (Install cabinet, faucets, landscape, parking, access road to the residence, final termination of the residence)
