The right side of the house features an open-plan living zone with a bright living room, a spacious kitchen and a large dining room. A larder and a toilet are located in the connector between the private and living areas. The private area is planned on the garden side. The house consists of four rooms including the living room, a garage for two cars in the body of the building. The high living room and double-sided fireplace facing the terrace are the comfort and beauty of the design. The house will be ready in the third quarter of 2025. It will be handed over in developer standard, i.e. the interior will be left to be finished and furnished. We also make it possible to finish the interior on a turnkey basis additionally.
