The house is located in a quiet and peaceful village, 8 km from the picturesque city of Balchik, which is famous for its beautiful botanical garden, palace complex and monuments. The large port city of Varna and the international airport are only 32 km from the village.
The village is located in northeastern Bulgaria, is Part of the Dobrich region and is known as the oldest and fastest growing in this Region. The permanent population is approx. 1200 people.
