It has many historic buildings and atmospheric alleys with many fantastic restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Nearby there is a supermarket, a fresh fish market, a grocery market and a bakery.
Marina is beautiful and always busy with local fishing boats and yachts. On both sides opens an impressive new promenade and marina. The quality of the village is reflected in the fact that the 5-star Four Seasons Hotel is being built on its outskirts and two more luxury villas on each side of the harbour entrance, from where the ferry crosses from Split. It is easy to reach the town of Hvar and other villages on the island from Stargrad.


Stargrad has beaches that are within walking distance of the villa and other places where you can swim within walking distance. There are pedestrian roads from the villa through the Mediterranean countryside, planted with grapes, lavender and wild herbs and flowers. Hvar is known as a bicycle island for good reason with easy cycling in villages and in the countryside. There are many marked hiking and cycling routes and all kinds of bikes, boats, kayaks and rental cars to explore the island.
The price of this property and land is 800,000 euros and it will be sold as a unit. The premises, refrigerators (2), washing machine and dishwasher will be sold with the villa, and the owners will keep beautiful furniture and artwork.
