This house is an ideal place for two-generation families who care about proximity, but also independence from each other. It is formally a two-local single-family house, which means that citizens outside the European Union can purchase it without additional permission. The whole house underwent a general renovation (2020), the ground floor was adapted to the apartment of an elderly person, and on top there was a more modern space for the younger generation. The renovation included electricity, warming, vertical water-can, heating, chimney reception, windows, installation of external roller blinds, air conditioning. A free-standing two station garage was also placed on the plot.
