An ancient stone house for sale within walking distance (15 minutes) to the historical center of Kotor. The house is located right on the first line of the picturesque Bay of Kotor, its main facade faces the sea. The islands of Sveti George and Gospa o' Skrpiel also belong to the world heritage. In July 2000, Boca Kotor Bay (the only one on the Mediterranean coast) was included in the list of the twenty-five most beautiful bays in the world.
