The Crown Prince of Dubai has announced two initiatives scheduled for launch as early as November.

Dubai Access Club: A program designed for foreign nationals who visit Dubai regularly. It includes a five-year multiple-entry visa allowing holders to enter the UAE multiple times, stay for up to 90 days per year, and extend their stay to 180 days. Members will also receive a AED 2,000 credit towards services at selected hotels, shops, and restaurants, as well as a free SIM card from telecom operator du.

Membership is available by invitation through Visit Dubai partners. Individuals can also register their interest, although the final decision rests with the country's immigration authorities. Participation requires a membership fee of AED 4,032.50 (approximately $1,100), in addition to visa fees.

Applicants will need to provide a passport, photograph, bank statements covering the previous six months, health insurance, and a return ticket.
