Key search parameters include region/city, property type, budget, number of rooms, transaction type and property condition.

AI Search supports queries in different languages and allows users to specify several parameters at once without navigating through multiple sections and filters. This is especially convenient if you are looking for a property with specific requirements and want to narrow down the list of suitable offers right away. The search covers listings from real estate agencies and developers published on Realting.com. The platform features properties in different countries, including apartments, houses, villas, townhouses, commercial properties and other types of real estate.
