Lamda Development is transforming 620 hectares of the abandoned Athens airport site into a coastal neighborhood featuring residential properties, shopping malls, a marina, and Europe's largest casino. The district will welcome its first residents as early as 2027.

According to Lamda, demand significantly exceeds supply, with interest reported from over 18,500 buyers across 110 countries. Total proceeds from the project reached €1.53 billion by the end of the year.

The symbol of the project will be the Riviera Tower - a 200-meter, 50-story residential skyscraper that will become the tallest building in Greece upon completion.
