The pace of state land allocation for residential construction in Israel has dropped, reports International Investment.

Between January and September of this year, plots were offered for the construction of 35,143 units—less than half the total recorded for all of last year. Experts attribute this decline to falling developer demand for new sites. The situation has also been heavily impacted by ongoing warfare and political uncertainty.

However, forecasts remain positive, with plans to expand the volume of land available for development and resume growth in 2027.
