A 62-story tower, Trump Tower Tbilisi, is set to be constructed in Tbilisi as the centerpiece of Downtown Tbilisi, a multi-tower mixed-use development comprising six skyscrapers.

The entire Downtown Tbilisi project carries an estimated value of $2 billion and will span an eight-hectare site adjacent to Central Park. The development is led by Archi and Invia, with The Sapir Organization joining as a co-developer. Block Stone Capital, Finvest Georgia, and Vector Group have been named as investors, while TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia are providing joint credit lines for the project.

Apartment prices are projected to start at $290,000, with rates expected to begin at $7,000 per square meter. This is a substantial premium over Tbilisi's current market average, where primary residential property averages $1,426 per square meter and secondary property averages $1,372. According to the official Trump Tower website, residential offerings in the tower will range from studios to four-bedroom residences.
