Three separate warehouses in a fenced area (0.4 hectares), 16 km from the Malinovka car market. It has good transport links along asphalted suburban roads. One warehouse, 370 sq.m., is a red brick building with a gable slate roof (Soviet feed shop from 1970). The size of the main room is 25x12 m, it is divided into two parts by a partition made of expanded clay concrete blocks. The ceiling height is 5.3 m.
