Canal villas in the new Aldar gated community on Yas Island!
Yas Riva Reserve is a new Aldar Properties project on the private side of Yas Island. The gated community will combine a total of 292 detached villas with 4-6 bedrooms, private gardens and spacious green areas.
All houses are two-storey and have their own garden, and coastal residences are additionally focused directly on water.
About 20% of the territory of Yas Riva Reserve is reserved for recreation areas and open public spaces.
