“Gardens of Eden” is the name of the overall concept of the project, which is located on the coastal area just 50 m from Bang Tao Beach on a plot of about 15 hectares.
The project consists of 3 stages of construction:
Eden Residences
Park Residences
Lake Residences
All of them are united by a single concept – the creation of a living space located among picturesque parks, gardens and lakes, which is why we build only 30% of the entire land area, and 70% we give for parks, pools, gardens and lakes.
This is the first project in Phuket, which has its own park - the area of the walking zone is 3.5 km, gardens and parks occupy about 5 hectares, the entire road infrastructure is underground along the perimeter of the site, freeing up all the interior space for improvement.
The territory of the complex is safe, private and closed to outsiders. Each check-in and entrance will be equipped with a security system.

“Eden Residence” is the first stage of construction of the “Gardens of Eden” project, located on the first coastline of Bang Tao Beach. The complex consists of 7 buildings of variable storeys, in which there are only 141 residences.
Construction is from May 2024, the completion of construction is the end of 2026.
The Eden Residences complex includes: In penthouses, the entire residential part is located on the same level, and the outdoor terrace with panoramic sea views, an individual pool (12 m x 3.5 m) with sunbeds and a dining area is on the second level. Duplexes with three bedrooms and individual pools are located on 1-2 floors of the Narcissus building and facing the river and parks of the second stage of construction.
Park Residences is the second phase of the Gardens of Eden project. On the area of 7 hectares there will be six 7-storey buildings for only 455 residences. The beach and Park Residences will connect a pedestrian bridge and a tunnel accessible only to residents of the Gardens of Eden. Depending on the location of the buildings, the distance from the sea will be from 250 m to 600 m. Construction will begin in the 3rd quarter of this year, the end is the 3rd quarter of 2027.
Exclusive penthouses have a panoramic view of the sea and a second light in the living room.
Lake Residences is the third phase of the Gardens of Eden project. It is unique in that it is located along a picturesque lake with rainbow carp and one of the longest pools – 150 m – the water mirror will be about 5 000 m2. On the territory there are 9 buildings with a total number of residences 520. The Lake Residences are not currently on sale. The expected start of sales is winter 2024. The deadline for commissioning is 3 quarter 2028.

Residences are rented with finishing walls and floors, installed lighting, air conditioning, plumbing, built-in wardrobes and kitchen. A choice of standard and supplemented furniture package from 500,000 THB and above (mobile furniture).
Parking spaces are located at the level of the underground floor and are free of charge. From the parking lot you can take the elevator to your floor. Two elevators are available on each floor. You can resell the residence a year after paying the first payment of 35%, paying the developer 100,000 THB. With 50% or 100% prepayment, a discount from one square meter from 5,000 to 10,000 THB is possible.
All residences are initially offered with registration in Leasehold (long-term lease for 120 years - 4 times 30 years). At the request of the client, it is possible to arrange residences in Freehold - with an increase in the cost by 10%.
Maintenance of common areas: 100 THB/1 m2 per month.
Capital repair fund: 10 THB/1 m2 per month.
You can resell the residence a year after paying the first payment of 35%, paying the developer 100,000 THB.
