The apartment, which is located on the 4th floor in a historic building, has just been renovated. A new built-in wardrobe, a new fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator), new lighting, furniture, etc. have been installed. The living room has an area of ​​​​approx. 19 m², and the bedroom is about 11 m². There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
