Apartment in one of the prestigious urbanizations of the city - Aldea del Mar. Near the residence is a large swimming pool and park. The apartment is located on 2 floors, has an area of 75 m2, consists of two bedrooms, a spacious cabin, a bathroom, an American-type kitchen and a terrace. City beach Los Locos is only 100 meters away! Restaurants, shops, bars are within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for living: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bedding and towels, air conditioning, TV. WIFI is included in the price.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
Entrance to the pool is paid, the cost is about 8 euros, but when buying a subscription for a few days, the price is reduced.
The rental price depends on the season and is per week:
350 euros (50 euros per day) in low season
770 (EUR 110 per day) in average and
1120 (160 euros per day) in high.

85 EUR is paid once upon arrival for the final cleaning
200 euros - deposit, which is returned on condition of safety of the property.
Additional information:
- Arrival after 21.00 p.m. - an additional 20 euros.
- Check-in with animals upon request (extra 30 euros).
- Rent a crib -20 euros, a baby chair -20 euros (for the entire period).
Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.
