Urbanized land plots are for sale in the area of the village of Uteha in the Bar municipality:

• On the upper cadastral plot (UTU from 2023), there are three urbanized plots: UP1, UP2, and UP3. The plots are sloped with panoramic sea views, closest to the access road.
