In a quiet part of Jezera on the island of Murter, a high-quality residential building with four modernly designed two-story residential units is in the final phase of construction. The building is conceived as a house divided into four parts, each with its own entrance, yard, and pool.
Each residential unit extends over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace with access to a private yard and pool. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, a storage room, and a terrace that provides a sense of privacy and tranquility.
Each unit has an allocated outdoor parking space.
The apartments are located in Jezera, just about a ten-minute easy walk from the beach. This is an ideal location for those who want to enjoy nature, the sea, and peace, while still being close to larger cities and attractions. Zadar Airport is an hour’s drive away, the A1 motorway exit is only 25 minutes away, and nearby are Zadar, Šibenik, two national parks, and the ACI marina Jezera.
The island of Murter, connected to the mainland by a bridge, is known for its enchanting nature, cultural-historical landmarks, and numerous hidden beaches. Nearby is also the Kornati National Park, an archipelago breathtaking in its beauty.
This property offers the perfect combination of luxury, privacy, and Mediterranean lifestyle, whether for vacation, living, or investment for tourist rental.
