Location
The complex is located in the eastern part of Balchik, 100 meters from the main highway, which leads to the international resort of Albena and to the famous attraction Palace of the Romanian Queen Mary.

Description of the complex
The complex consists of two mirror buildings built on an area of 2950 square meters. It has 84 comfortable apartments, a swimming pool, a fitness room and a bar. The building is six-storey with open roof terraces. The building has two main entrances. The size of the apartments is from 43 to 202 square meters and includes a chic living room and kitchen, spacious bedrooms and terraces.
All apartments are offered with complete decoration.

Payment scheme
1000 Euro-reservation fee (valid for 21 days and deducted from the down payment);

Support fee includes cleaning and cleaning of common parts, support of the pool, landscaping of the complex. Support fee - 8 euros/sq.m. per year.
