On three floors, the boarding house offers 14 equipped rooms with accessories for 45 seats, a restaurant for 60 people and a summer terrace for 50 seats. The building is being repaired and constantly maintained, original architectural elements are preserved in the interior and exterior. The complex has a large garden, volleyball court and football field, an open fireplace or a table tennis game room. There are many parking spaces on the site. The guest house is surrounded by a landscape known for photographs of Joseph Lada. Due to the location on the outskirts of the village by the river, calm and complete confidentiality reign. Nearby are the romantic ruins of Glask-u-Senograb, other historical monuments are within walking distance (for example, Cesky-Stemberk, Emnishte, Konopiste, Vrhotovy Yanovice or the observation tower on the legendary Blanik hill). Local nature is protected by several reserves. Due to the immediate proximity to the Sazava River, rowers and fishermen use it, and within walking distance there is a natural pool with the atmosphere of the First Republic. You can also use the nearby famous golf resort. The boarding house is about 25 minutes from the southeastern region of Prague, and can also be reached by train. The useful area of the guesthouse is 1000 m2, the built-up area is 494 m2, the area of the plot is 9535 m2.
