The villa is located on a plot of 1,600 m2, surrounded by other holiday villas and plots of similar size, which ensure privacy and peace. It consists of the ground floor and the first floor, and a large garden with a swimming pool. The plot is surrounded by untouched nature and a beautiful view of Velebit. Proximity to the highway, the airport, and the port of Gaženica enable excellent traffic connections. The ground floor consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen together with an internal staircase, creating a large open space with lots of light. A large sliding wall provides light and leads to the covered part of the terrace, with an area of ​​45 m2. In the living room there is also a built-in slim pellet fireplace, which during the winter months will not only provide warmth, but also a nice atmosphere. During the decoration, lighter tones were chosen, accompanied by white and light oak window frames, solid oak stairs, and first-class porcelain tiles. Next to the internal stairs leading to the first floor, there is a large glass wall with a view of Velebit. External stone walls with a height of 1.2 were built around the house, which extend to the eastern and northern sides of the plot. Next to the terrace, a space 7 m long and 30 cm wide was created for planting Mediterranean plants, while 12 40-year-old olive trees were planted on the plot.
