The ambitious author’s project is a manor complex in Korolevtsy (100 km from Minsk, Myadel direction).
Reconstruction of an old residential building built in 1935, a modern frame house was added.
At the moment, engineering systems are being designed, ready for interior decoration. The territory was put in order, lawn, shrubs were planted, existing fruit trees were pruned.
The construction is carried out under the supervision of the architect, the real implementation period is 2-3 months with a budget.
The following works were made on the old house from the timber: the house was raised from the ground by 50 cm, the ribbon foundation was cast, the lower crowns were replaced and new upper and ceiling beams were added. The roof with a truss system was replaced, the second floor with a guest room and a second light above the living room was added. The roof is insulated, the attic living room is lined with wood and on the first floor there is a draft floor. The original windows have been restored.
The new house of frame type stands on a monolithic slab, insulated, outside sheathed with planken, painted black. False roofing. A large glazing was implemented with two exits to the covered terrace. There are partitions of rooms and bathrooms, all electricians are diluted.
The old and new house are combined into a common space of 160 m2, of which the area of the first floor is 111 m2.
Terrace 48m2, greenhouse / winter garden 15 m2.
The complex has an entrance hall, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms, a children's room, a billiard room and a boiler room.
Also, the project provides for the construction of a bath with a covered terrace, swimming pool, hozblock, carport.
There is all the necessary project documentation and approvals in local authorities.
The project was planned as a cottage for seasonal residence, in walking distance is the Narochanka river, which is often used for kayaking routes. Lake Svir - 20 km, to Narocha - 40 km.
The village shop is 50 meters away, there is a bus stop, a good asphalt road almost to the site.
Very picturesque, quiet place in a lively village away from the bustle of the city.
