At this level there is also a spacious kitchen with access to the courtyard, guest bathroom, boiler room, laundry. The level in the ground floor is equipped as an economic zone (storage, utility rooms) and a recreation area (bath with steam room, large shower room, kitchen, bathroom). From this level there are two exits: to the residential area and to the courtyard.
On the covered and paved tiles area there is a summer recreation area with a smoke stove, stove, oven, dining area.
A large, insulated garage (59m2) is closed with rollers and swing gates. There is an aviary of 8 m2.
Variety flowers, berry shrubs, fruit-bearing cherries, cherries, pears, apple trees, plums are planted on the site.
The location of the house makes it especially comfortable due to the walking distance of all modern urban infrastructure, while maintaining all the advantages of living in a cottage.
