A recreation center 14 km from the city of Grodno is offered for sale. It is located on the outskirts of the village of Zhilici with access to the staircase zone and on the banks of the Neman River.

Each lodge has all the necessary – wardrobes, beds, bedside tables, sofa, table, as well as a dining area and kitchen with induction cooker and refrigerator. Each lodge has a terrace for outdoor recreation.
