From the kitchen you enter one of the two bathrooms, which has a large window for ventilation, a walk-in shower and a washing machine. From the hallway you also get to the separate toilet and the second bathroom. In addition to the bathtub, in which you can relax after a busy day, there is also a toilet. The gas boiler, which supplies the apartment with heat and hot water, is also located here.On the other side of the hallway there are two spacious bedrooms, from which you can look out through the large windows onto the green area of Sebastianplatz. A special feature in one of these rooms is the original fireplace that matches this stylish old building apartment. The end is a smaller room that also faces the inner courtyard. The apartment also has a 40 m² storeroom in the basement (separate land register entry) that can be used in many ways.
