Description

This stylish apartment is located in the Hochparterre of a beautiful Viennese old building, on the corner Dannebergplatz 20/Neulinggasse 5 in the 3rd district. In Arenbergpark, located directly vis a vis, you can relax or enjoy a coffee in the Meierei. There are also events. The interesting history of the apartment no. 2 meet immediately after entering. One of the first owners was Mossig's naval officer, descendants of the Freeman Joseph Lazarich of Lindaro, who played an important role in the military of the Habsburg monarchy. His heir Olga of Mossig-Zupan, a well-known painter, regularly invited literary circles to the salon of the apartment in the 1950s, where Helmut Qualtinger was among the guests. Some pictures in the apartment as well as the wall painting in the entrance area come from it and underpaint the stylish impression. (Images and furniture are not included in the price) The complete apartment was lovingly renovated in 2015, with the exterior windows being restored and the interior windows being renewed. The parquet floor is still original. You enter the apartment and get to the spacious entrance, on the left side of which there is a small tap balcony. Just right hand you can admire the salon, a room with a special flair. Through the large windows that dip the room in bright light, you also have a beautiful view of the Arenbergpark. The highlight of this room, however, is the unique, very well-preserved original fireplace, which is no longer often found in a Viennese apartment. A high double wing door gives you another room where the original parquet is particularly well appreciated due to the many lights that fall through the high windows. A further double-wing door will take you back to the entrance hall and from there to the right into the hall to further rooms. Right left hand is the kitchen. This is equipped with everything you need for delicious meals. From the kitchen table you can see the courtyard through a large window. From the kitchen you enter one of the two bathrooms in which there is a large window for ventilation, a walkin shower and a washing machine. From the hallway you can also reach the separate toilet and the second bathroom. There is also a toilet next to the bathtub where you can relax after a busy day. The Gastherme, which supplies the apartment with heat and hot water, is also accommodated here. On the other side of the hall there are two spacious bedrooms, one of which overlooks the green area of Sebastianplatz through the large windows. A special feature in one of these rooms is the original fireplace suitable for this stylish old building. The culmination is a smaller room, which is also oriented towards the courtyard. The apartment has a basement space of about 40 m2 (separate basic book entry). The magazine has an exit to the street and large windows, which is why it can be used in many ways. If you are interested in a generous old-fashioned apartment with many original details and special flair, I am happy to present you with a personal visit.
