A conceptual solution developed by the Intesa Group studio, which was approved by the chief state architect.
A five-star hotel with a mixed business model will be built, which will consist of two buildings - A and B. Building B is designed as a combination of apartments and hotel rooms.
In addition to the capacity, it will be equipped with all the other facilities required for high category 5-star hotel complexes.
The basement and basement floors -4 provide garage spaces for both buildings, the basement -3 houses a designed spa and wellness center with a swimming pool and all related amenities, and therefore will serve guests and tenants of both buildings.
In the basement floor -2 there is a restaurant area with a kitchen, a conference room, as well as other office space necessary for the functioning of the hotel complex.
The complex will be completed in June 2024.
