The ceiling height is 2.8 meters on the first floor and 3.13 meters on the second. Between the floors there are concrete floors. The windows on the second floor are in the floor. This gives maximum natural light even on a cloudy day.
Panoramic glazing is chosen for the living room to further increase the space. A window in the roof gives additional lighting to the stairs and the corridor of the second floor.
In the village, 2 options of areas are planned to choose from 150 and 180m2. If you need more space, buy two houses nearby and combine them.
The houses are sold with full finishes. In the bathrooms installed plumbing, furniture, mirrors. The finishing style can be chosen from three options: Art Deco, Scandinavian style, minimalism. Each house has a private parking lot with a canopy. A power source has been brought to the parking lot so that charging for electric vehicles can be installed if necessary.
