Cozy apartment for rent in a house with a swimming pool near the "Park of Nations"! The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a salon, a bathroom, a French-type kitchen and a terrace. Area of 65 m2. The apartment is designed for a maximum of six people. Has everything you need for living: bed linen, towels, dishes and electrical appliances. TV, WIFI. There's a communal pool. Near the house is the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, "Park of Nations". It hosts various festive events and it's just nice to walk with the family there. To the historical center of the city only 7 minutes walk, to the beautiful embankment - 9 minutes. Nearby there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
Prices per week:
In low season, 350 euros or 50 euros per night,
an average season of 490 euros or 70 euros per night and
In high season 770 euros or 110 euros per night.
Additional costs:
- 80 euros for the final cleaning, paid once upon check-in
Deposit of 200 euros, which is returned if the property is safe
