Land Monagrouli, Cyprus

Four adjacent fields with a total area of 118,023 sqm in the Monagrouli and Pentakwmo area, in Limassol.  Fields  have irregular shape, rather rectangular shape and slopping surface while it leads to a dead-end road. The fields are also covered by utility services (water, telecommunications and electricity). The immediate area consists of fields and scattered industrial units as well as warehouses. Assets in the area benefit from good accessibility to the Limassol city centre and other neighbourhood areas. Two fields falls within the Industrial Planning Zone B1 with a building density coefficient of 90% and a coverage coefficient of 50%, over 2 floors. One field  falls within the Agricultural Planning Zone Γ3 with a building density coefficient of 10% and a coverage coefficient of 10%, over 2 floors and 8.3 meters maximum height limit. One field falls within the Industrial Planning Zone B1 and the Protected Planning Zone Z1 with a building density coefficient of 6% and a coverage coefficient of 6%, over 2 floors and 8.3 meters maximum height limit.
