Payment
20% of the cost of the apartment is paid in two payments within 3 months of the date of the contract:
– 10% upon conclusion of the preliminary Agreement;
– 10% 3 months after the 1st payment;
The remainder of the cost is 80% of the cost - installment payment for the property under the agreement with the developer:
with an installment plan of 6 years from the date of conclusion of the agreement - with an increase of 3.2% per annum
with an installment plan of up to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the agreement - 6.5% annual interest rate increase.
Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 30% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 0.5% discount on the cost is provided.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 40% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 1% discount on the cost is provided.
In case of payment of the first installment in the amount of 50% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 1.5% discount on the cost is provided.
In case of full payment of the cost of the apartment within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 3% discount is provided.
The right to use the apartment is transferred upon receipt of Act 16, which is expected in May 2025.
