Description

Ready-made project with a building permit from the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the construction of a solar park with a capacity of 100 MW.  There is permission to connect to three power lines going to Hungary from a plot of 1,500,000 m2, which they receive for 30 years. This price includes rent for the premises for a period of 30 years. The investor buys a transformer substation and panels, all projects are completed and everything is ready to start investing. All developments and permits are ready. Three power transmission lines (100, 220 and 300 kV) pass through the place where the solar park will be built, so the connection and installation of the future location for the transformer substation is the investor’s choice. The territory and the solar park are provided with technical specifications (urban planning technical conditions), as well as a building permit. To obtain a building permit, the investor only needs to specify the type of solar panels, and the process takes about 45 more days to obtain 100% building permit. The location occupies an area of 1,500,000 m2, connected by two regional directions and local roads. The configuration of the land plot is very favorable, there is no groundwater, the site load exceeds 75%, with a lot of sunny days. (There are completed studies and analyzes with videos of the site itself that can be provided after investor interest). About 80% of the total area is privately owned, and 20% belongs to the state. The entire site can be leased for 30 years with an option to extend for a further 30 years. The approximate period for preparing and leveling the site is about 30 days, the same amount of time is needed to ensure the transfer of administrative documentation of the new property (notarial agreements and agreements with the state, as well as land lease agreements, etc.). The price includes the connection fee for the electrical network, amounting to 1,250,000 euros, and the cost of renting the premises for 30 years, amounting to 3,000,000 euros/30 years. The new investor must additionally invest in a transformer substation and solar panels, and also participate in the construction of a solar park. The annual government rebate for electricity produced by the Solar Park is 0.03 euros/kilowatt.
