Surrounded by green hillsides,large garden of the villa features lavender and rosemary bushes, palm, laurel and olive trees and green grass areas. One of the highlights of the villa isits private pool area with the sea and mountain view, where guests can cool off on hot summer days. Stone barbecue area invites to culinary delights and outdoor gathering. The ground floor is a large open space living room, with modern glass fireplace, tasteful furnishing, local artwork, sound system and wide flat TV. Kitchen and dining place for 8 people are adjacent to the living room. Separate office room available on the ground floor. Four bedrooms are on villa’s upper floor, all equipped with the sea view balcony, king-size beds that can be separated to singles upon request, air-conditioning, walk-in closet, flat TV, blackout curtains, mosquito net, safe deposit box and anon-suite bathroom.
