In summer, when it is especially hot, you can swim not only in the pool, but also in the river itself, and the crowns of trees above it protect from direct sunlight. In this sense, the position of the complex is unique and in conjunction with the landscape design creates a cozy and unique microclimate for vacationers. The complex was built on the coast of the Adriatic Sea in the North-Western part of Montenegro, in the forest park zone of Herzeg Novi. The population of this coastal town with all its surroundings is about 15 thousand people. It stretches along the seashore and is a harmonious combination of the old city with low-rise buildings in the Mediterranean style. These are mainly three or four storey buildings. The pedestrian embankment with a length of about 12 km is filled with restaurants, cafes and shops. Along the entire promenade stretched sandy pebble beaches and places for rest with umbrellas and sunbeds. There are various water entertainment, terraces with actresses and table tennis and even restaurant service directly "to the water." The town itself drowns in greenery and flowers, everything is located for walks by the sea, along cozy streets, around the old city and the fortress (for detailed information, see the description of the city of Herzeg Novi). The location of the complex is its big plus. The complex is located on a separate forest park territory. A mountain river flows along the border, giving cool in the summer; it is also a source of standby water supply. Mountain water is poured into all pools of the complex. Down to the sea and promenade 7 minutes walk. At the same time, having crossed (laterally) the bridge over the river, you immediately find yourself in a dense and completely undeveloped forest with endless forest paths. (The massif is not subject to development). If you go the other way from the river, then all the shops and other infrastructure of the city are also within walking distance. Structurally, buildings are made in the form of concrete reinforced frame and monolithic reinforced concrete floors. The walls consist of hollow brick and double-glazed windows. The facade and roofs are additionally insulated with a 60 mm thick styropor. The wall is completed by natural stone and bovalite. From the inside, the walls are plastered and painted in shades of white. The decoration of the apartments is included in their price and is made of high-quality ceramics and parquet. In places where tiles are laid on the floor there is floor heating. Glass windows of the highest quality with elements of finishing from polished oak are inserted into window openings. Energy-saving glass coating prevents the greenhouse effect in the summer and prevents the building of premises in the winter. The decoration and equipment of the bathrooms is completely "turnkey." All communications are brought to the kitchen installation places, but the kitchen itself is not included in the price. In those buildings where finishing has not yet been completed, finishing is possible at the request of the customer. The day-to-day life of the complex is maintained and provided by the Management Company.
