The LCD consists of two buildings. Both buildings are on a street perpendicular to the sea. The relief of Bečić predetermined the location of two buildings of the residential complex, reliably standing behind each other. The road to the beach passes through a safe underground passage. During the design and construction, the highest safety requirements, including seismic resistance, are taken into account and implemented. The well-groomed area and common spaces inside the buildings have a huge aesthetic potential for the taste of newcomers. The Montenegrin climate is favorable for year-round greening.

Becici, the most charming resort of the Budva Riviera, has a positive reputation as a leisurely place. To neighboring Budva, it is customary to walk (along the beach, through a tunnel in the rock) or in 5 minutes by car or minibus. The nearest airport is in Tivat (25 km, ~30 minutes). Podgorica Airport (Golubovtsi) is 60 km from Becici (~1 hour with little).

The resort is proud of its long and wide sand and pebble beach, awarded the Blue Flag for the purity of the sea.
